Our Mission
DPA Events was setup by Dan who has been in the music industry from a very young age. Dan is also a keen sound and lighting engineer, so being a DJ has come naturally.
Dan started doing events for friends and family and is now out most weekends doing an event!
DPA Events needed another DJ to help out, Simon came to the rescue one evening and ever since Dan and Simon share the workload and even work together on events!
Over the years DPA Events have supplied not only DJ Equipment but also Sound and Lighting Equipment to big events. Our end goal is to make sure your party is a success!
Meet The Team
DPA Events is run by Dan however, we sometimes need to get in extra help to assist with your event, whether that is a sound or lighting engineer or even an extra DJ!
Some people that we do use to help us at events are Reece, Simon, Dan, Louisa, Leah and Ryan.
Dan
DJ Dan has over 10 years experiance in the industry, Dan knows a lot about equipment, as his other business sells everything audio equipment related! On an evening Dan is pumped ready to get the party started!
Dan regularly plays Keyboards with a local Band, and is a Sound Engineer.
Simon
With over 15 Years DJing Events around the World and working with some of Kents prestigious wedding and music venues, Simon comes with vast amounts of experience with mobile and club style, he has you covered. To name a few: Eden, Ibiza Rocks Bar, Ministry of Sound, Detling Showground, Mumu’s, Turner Contemporary, Broome Park, Old Kent Barn and many more across the South.
Providing hundreds of Weddings and Parties, bringing the classics and the surprises, including those hidden gems will give your event that extra edge. With extensive music knowledge of all genres, and fully experienced in crowd reading, you’re in good hands.
